Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

McKinsey & Company Has any industry experienced candidates pivot to MBB Engagement Manager before? My roommate works at FAANG as Senior Analyst (Ops, 6+ YOE) and was approached by McKinsey & Company recruiter for an EM role. He hasn’t done consulting before. Would this be too much of a risk? His goal is to pivot to PE S&O eventually.

Termination for chargeability can either be a layoff or for cause. Confirm with HR using that language.
If adverse market conditions result in no projects and a deep bench, that is a layoff.
However, if poor performance means no one will staff you, or if you keep turning down projects, that can result in termination for cause.
Severance ha! You get pto cash out though
Did you get laid off?
PTO up to 240 hours is paid out. (In California only, all PTO above 240 hours is paid out.)
For layoffs, typically one week severance and benefits for every year of service with a 2 week minimum. Special considerations often apply, so more generous packages are common.
Termination for cause...there's the door, take your PTO with you and scram.
What's an example for cause? Mine's due to chargeability.
That sucks. How long were you on the bench for?
OP: What was your service line, region and chargeability?
