I received an offer of 120k base (TC 140k) with JPMorgan (NJ Office) as a senior IT Audit associate and I've interviewed with Microsoft and awaiting feedback for IT Audit Manager role (remote). I wanted to know what the compensation breakdown (base, stocks, bonus etc) for the Microsoft role will look like. Also, is it worth waiting for a response before signing JPM, as I've stalled for a bit? I have 6+ YOE. Thoughts please.

How are 1st year litigation associates dealing with WFH? I’ve been having terrible anxiety/panic attacks, and pretty sure my billables wont exceed 110 for April. I have my first case review I am kind of nervous about it, wish me luck. I am not scared, I am just nervous about it.

First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal. Appreciate any advice!
