I was down like 17% overall, now I’m only down about 13%, so I guess yes?

>Buy SPY puts
>fake pump
>SPY crashes day after my puts expire

Yeah I’m done gambling for a while

likefunny

For sure but they’re more expensive weeks out as I’m sure you’re aware. I was just trying to make some quick gains when the fake pump started, but I was just off in the timing

I am multiplying my losses by slowly nibbling and averaging down on positions (all of which were supposed to be good stocks per “experts”) that seemingly have nowhere to go but down. Hoping that some day this marker will show even the slightest sign of any little bit of strength.

If your young <25 you should not be looking at your statements. Simple invest in broad indexes and don’t get cute with personal trading - it’s like a casino

I’m down 160k this year so far. Just broad indexes mainly, but some individual stocks that kicked me in the teeth also. Just keep buying, I’m 30, so I’ve got plenty of time

Yeah, on the short side. Took a few off over the last month and now reshorting into earnings. Also starting to increase exposure to treasuries. Up about 20% YTD

On non-traditional stock plays.

Commodities, bonds, etc. Know when to rnter and exit to catch the trends.

Teach me how?!?

Yeah

Nice

Down 4.5k this month #feelsgood

It must! This month has only begun

No lol

NEGG and TLRY contracts are bringing in a steady trickle, compounding a couple % every week or two.

When do you know you've toured enough houses and should pick one from the list you've got? I've seen probably 15-20 homes, and put in one offer. How many homes should you tour minimum, and how many offers did you put in before you closed? I don't want to be too hasty and choose something just because, but I also think continuing to see homes isn't really making my decision any easier. Thanks!

Hi All,

What would be the inhand salary for 6 LPA in Accenture?

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs. Thursday I got it in my head that I needed to hedge against potential Dollar devaluation. I looked at other market funds thinking them to be good proxies for other currencies.

I looked at FXI, there was no option interest so they were super cheap. I figured I pick up a bunch.
