Anyone struggling with interviewing and think its partly due to being an introvert? I continue to make it to final rounds always losing out to another candidate, no feedback given. I’m qualified for these roles and take the time to prepare. I think its a challenge to respond in the moment, plus I’m on camera, etc. I am worried I’ll never get out of consulting if I cant land a job. Anyone else struggling with the interview process?

So i am looking to get into project management field with no experience but i did post grad project management course. So far no luck with any interviews and it’s been 1 month of rigorously applying for project coordinator position. Any tips on what i can do to get and crack the interviews?

I quit my previous job approximately 5-6 months ago due to toxic culture and being pressured to commit fraud… I fear hiring managers see that I’ve been out of work for this time and may assume I was fired or laid off. Additionally I’ve had a couple interviews where company “X” interviewers have commented on this and in an effort to not bad mouth my previous employer I’m stuck with a generic answer like I want to take my career to the next level with Company “X.” Any thoughts/advice?

I cleared all my rounds of interview in JPMC, had salary discussion with HR 2 weeks back. After which i was asked to apply the job on candidate portal and submit additional information.

Its almost 2 weeks and i haven't heard back anything from them. My status in portal shows "You are moving to the final steps in the process". This status has not changed since last 2 weeks.

I got invited to a second round interview with a big company. The title sounds more senior than my current title, but the work responsibilities feel like a step down. I am wondering if I should still interview (to see if they will consider me for my desired role instead or at least, get some interview practice for when a better opportunity comes along). Thoughts? Interviewed with Chicago court 2 weeks ago; they decide mid-August. Interviewed with DC judge last week; hear from him by this Friday. Chicago said if I need an answer before August, they'd try to make a decision about me sooner.
Should I ask Chicago for an answer? Or should I wait until there's an offer from DC judge? Maybe seems better to withdraw before an offer is made rather than ask for time to think about it/turn down DC? What's proper etiquette?
