I've noticed some prices going down slightly
Used homes, yes, 10-20% depending on location. New construction, no, continued growth, albeit maybe a tad slower.

What new laws? The legislature isn’t even in session. Nevertheless, Californians and the rest of the libs will continue to flock to Texas to escape their own s-holes.
