Anyone use the VA to pay for the AWS certification exams? I'm trying to figure it is it deducts any time from your Post 9/11 bill or not.

For those of you who got out at 10, do you wish that you rode it out to 20? I’m at a crossroad and I’m not sure what to do. Have some active/reserve time, wrapping up graduate school, and am now considering either a) come back to the business world or b) go active and retire before 50 and live off a nice pension. Obviously there are draws to both. I’m an officer for what it’s worth so I can realistically retire at O-5, MAYBE O-6.

The reason I wanted to switch is to get good person for my family because I'm still in the Reserve and would be able to buy time for my retirement. I work at a medical device manufacturing plant as a training coordinator, I have a military background and a degree and am trying to advance but am feeling stuck.
