Hello, i have offer from PWC SDC Banglore, I asked for salary revision based on counter offer, HR agreed but said revised offer letter will be shared next day after joining and mail confirmation will be given a week prior to joining date.

Is this the practice of compansation revision for new joiners at pwc SdC banglore?

I am a junior attorney in a mid sized law firm and I recently received an offer from a big law firm. The only thing holding me back at this point is that, leaving my current position before December means I would be forfeiting a bonus that is directly tied to the amount of hours I’ve worked. Is it appropriate to explain this hesitation to the new law firm and ask that they match the bonus? Or should I just let it go?
