Trying to figure out what I’m gaining/losing if I make the switch to Deloitte. SCs, particularly in Financial Services…I’m being told up to 17% for bonus. What percent have you actually seen? Same for pension - they’re pushing that as a great benefit, but it looks like 1-3% is what that normally is?

I’ve not heard anything good about working for pwc from all my friends at pwc
I am moving to Deloitte Digital (Salesforce) so I can't tell you about working there yet but one of the things that attracted me was the ability to come on as a technology specialist unconstrained by industry vertical as a "specialist master" with also far less sales and PMO-type work, but more PD and not partner track, which is OK as I'd rather be doing that and really am not interested in making partner - in other words I feel like I'm getting the benefits of working at ACN as a technologist without having to leave Big4. PwC and Deloitte are both hiring a shit ton right now though so YMMV on money but I'm getting more than 10% over my PwC M1 salary (senior right now because I'm at a boutique with a pretty flat structure/almost no middle management). If you WANT partner track and vertical specialization and are not married to a particular technology, PwC's structure may be better.

Deloitte hands down over PwC. The opportunities, talent, resources available, and market prestige are definitely greater for Deloitte
