Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. I’m getting really discouraged by the process of finding a daycare. Currently 32w pregnant and it’s crazy to me that literally no daycare I’ve spoken to can speak to availabilities in the Spring. It’s nothing but waitlists. Should I have started looking sooner? Starting to get worried that my maternity leave will and and we will still have zero plan on how to get childcare.

Business model is to use cheap, underpaid labor from college grads who can't go elsewhere or pay debts. Churn em and burn em.

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.
