How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?

You gonna be smarter in another timezone or what?
As a recruiter, just letting you know you can’t take Solve more than once in a 12 month span, so if you reapply they’ll use the same scores as before. Unfortunately a referral will not guarantee an advancement.
You can create a new profile with a new email address, but if the system senses a lot of the same info (name, number, address) it may flag as duplicate and try to merge profiles. Regardless, the problem solving game is 1 of ~8 screening points, so it doesn’t make or break your application.
I failed our PST years ago in my home country and got into a US office where you didn’t have to take the PST. It wasn’t Solve but I’ve heard nothing but complaints about Solve…
What is the problem solving game.?
It's a set of games which test your aptitude. 70 mins consisting of 2 rounds. Each round is a game with a certain objective. It checks you on the basis of some quantitative and logical problems. Objective is to filter folks out before the case study rounds.
Someone who has played games like Civilisation or SimCity might enjoy this exercise I assume.

Yes, you can apply. Will they consider you? Probably not.

Referral is not really a turning point, sorry.
