Applying for British citizenship - can management consultants be used as "professional referees"? For example a partner in my firm. I'm not sure if it counts because consulting isn't a registered profession like solicitors / teachers / civil engineers etc

Interviewing for a brand job with 3 years of experience on the agency side. Currently making 63k + quarterly bonus. Looking to get advice on salary. Should the range be 65-70k?

I am looking to leave my current position due to not having the opportunity to run campaigns and earn experience.
However, every interview I get asked about the campaigns that I have run.
This is starting to feel like a closed loop. Any ideas are appreciated.

I do create some personal campaigns and do social media content on LinkedIn for my personal profile. That is why I get a high number of interviews but I stumble at the starting line.

Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro. How flexible is WFH or dual model going forward post Covid? Am interested in this position and going to tax, but not be able to relocate for family reasons.
