I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I'm in the same boat. You should at least be getting "sorry we don't have abything"s though. Keep your emails short and to the point. Say what you like about their work, ask to buy them a coffee. If they're creatives ask then to look at something you like in your book. Just keep spreading that web of connections, come January something will stick.
Hang in there! We were all juniors once. Try messaging people on LinkedIn who you have a connection to (mutual friend, went to same college, etc) and see if they'd be willing to do an informal chat? Can get your foot in the door.
The market is rough this time of year. January will be better hopefully.
Hard to say without knowing your work. Post your portfolio?
Agree with the "know someone" advice. And honestly most people will refer you even if they don't know you well so they get the referral bonus.
