Applying for several jobs, many are specific sales positions. Others, while not listed as sales, will require sales skills. I've been told by mentors and recruiters to write a resume for each job that highlights skills listed in the job posting. I'm currently working full time, so would it be wrong to use AI to assist in this process and maximize my chances?

I have been invited for an interview for a Senior Associate position at PWC AC's ethics and compliance department. I am currently a Senior(TL) at EY, will this position of a senior associate be a sort of demotion for my career?

I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? Meanwhile I'm taking other interviews and was offered a promotion at current company, but was very interested in this one. What would you do?
