I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

No we have levels to each title.
Associates have 3 levels
AS1 - pre-MBA salary
AS2/3 - post-MBA salary
My understanding is that is could be anywhere from 150-170

Simple answer: no. Longer answer: there’s no such thing as a “post MBA” role. So there’s a point in the middle of the Associate pay range where it crosses what the market pays MBA campus hires.

How many years is what from what?
No. We have a range within that level that reflects movement against our competency grid. And an MBA is not required to progress through it.
MBA hires are brought in at a salary point within that range that is competitive with other consulting firms hiring at business schools.

Man I hope MBA hires don’t come in as an Associate 2 without prior consulting experience. It won’t be a good experience for them and for us.
OW3, sadly each of these numbers is wrong for the US. Associate base starts at 145 and reaches 180 without a linear progression
Thanks for clarifying! New to the firm so just guesstimating
Idk the exact amount for levels but,
ASC1: $150/55 base?
ASC 2: $160/65 base?
ASC 3: $170/75 base?
Someone else can speak to the accuracy of these numbers but all levels are paid the same base. I’m assuming an MBA degree would get you in at ASC2 +/- depending on interview and other factors performance
Is ASC 2 to EM a doable promo in a year?
