Executive level explanation. I like it!
I have actually spent a lot of time developing a framework to monitor my health from a holistic perspective, here are the categories: Physical Health, Mental Health, Emotional Health, Spiritual Health, Social Health, Professional Health, & Financial Health ... each of these have sub categories that I look at specifically... I am sure this seems absolutely excessive to most people but it actually helps me to recognize all of the things that are impacting my health.. not for everyone but hopefully this helps
I’m currently in the process of trying to monetize this concept, so I do not want to share the money slide... I’ll give you sub categories for Physical Health, it is a simple exercise that you can do for the rest: physical health (muscular/aerobic), nutrition, digestive health (microbiota... people always forget that we are equal parts bacteria and human), sleep health, hormonal balance, sexual health, hydration, disease management, medication management, oral health, and then health related to the senses (seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling)

1. Get plenty of sleep and hydration
2. Workout regularly
3. Focus on acquiring skills and expertise
4. Do as little work as possible - supplement this with a few high impact activities/contributions - bonus points if they align with 3 above

My brother worked at EY-Parthenon straight out of Harvard. He said it went downhill, this hold true? Are you in that ugly brown building in SF?
