Are people dropping the Chase Sapphire Reserve? If so, what are you doing with the points (have 100k points and wondering if I should take the cashback and downgrade the card).

My renewal is up in October. I think I will still renew due to the inclusion of groceries in $300 cash back and $100 credit on the $550 application fee till December. That basically brings down the annual fee to $150, which is just $55 over that of Preferred with enough benefits to justify the difference.

I feel the same. However not sure what I will do after this year is up. I’m thinking about switching to Amex platinum.

I’m not dropping it but do not take the cash back — I believe there’s a “pay yourself back feature” that lets you redeem your points through home improvement & groceries, etc. you should look into that

Given short term rotation out of growth stocks, I’m confused on what to do. I think we still have some time before growth stocks bottom out, but do I sell?

Interviewing for an SE position and have my final demo in a few weeks. Any trailhead modules I should check out to get more prepared/confident? Thank you in advance!

How and when in the interview process would you go about asking about a company's philosophy on/commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)?

I'm actively interviewing with 5 companies right now, but the one that seems most likely to give me an offer is also the only one where I've so far only been interviewed by 3 white men Is there a delicate way to ask why there aren't women and BIPOC involved in the hiring decision process / whether leadership at the company is more inclusive?

Better to Airbnb out a rental or find a 12month lease tenant?

Advice & resources? My spouse and I are starting to make good money (ages 28 & 31, $105k & $70k) with $10k in savings (we were hit hard financially this year) and 2 car payments.

We live in a cheap apartment ($1.3k) that is sh*tty. Don’t quite have a down payment (especially not in ATX). Is it dumb to rent a house for a year at $3k/month while we save up again?

We both didn’t come from $ and are figuring out how to not be idiots 🙃 tbh we would prefer to rent forever but that feels dumb???

Reading alot of articles saying banks raising mortgage down payment minimums to 20%. (I know all the benefits and why it’s best practice) that being said any thoughts on how long that will last?
