Are people in industry getting raises this year? I feel like people in big 4 audit are getting fucked because our business isn’t getting impacted nearly as severely as consulting/advisory, yet we still have to take on layoffs and no raises to compensate for those service lines. Are other companies also not giving raises?

I love my job and have been doing it for years. My Principal is good to me as well! The problem is...the Paraprofessionals at my school are never recognized. You have Teachers Day, Secretaries Day, Principal's Day, etc. Paraprofessional Day comes and goes at my school every year with nothing mentioned to us.
