My bad I'm drunk I meant 90 a year
Call them. $90 a year
Its $90/ year, but otherwise everything that EY1 said is accurate.
You can also open up a personal Amex, like the Gold Premier Amex. Fee is around $190/year, waives the annual Corp points fee, comes with $100/year in travel credit, grants access to Amex offers, and protects your points in the event you quit or get fired.
D1, you have to call and enroll the Corp card but I've had my Corp card membership rewards fee waived for 3 years now automatically because I hold the gold card
Call the number on your card it's $90 a month. Worth it if you travel and have more than 9k expenses a year which is super easy to do
WAIT. Before you pay the $90 ask if they'll waive it. They rarely do but I've had it done twice and it's worth it.
Do the Amex cards offer lounge access?
The Platinum card comes with Priority Pass (which is pretty useless in the US) and Delta lounge access
S&1, the gold card is pretty clutch, but remember the corporate card doesn't automatically get into the points program just because you have the gold. They're separate enrolments.
That's interesting. I've gotten it waived the past two years out of luck. I remember asking for it to be waived because I had the gold card and told no. Called back later and a the person on the other end waived it out of kindness (or so he said).
Does anyone know if they'll waive the corp annual fee if you have the personal platinum?
They should - personal Platinum comes with Amex rewards. Give the number on the back of your corp card and ask
