Nope. Look at the output of them compared to your output. And perhaps even more importantly, you can’t copyright something made from AI. Which is a big deal when it comes to logos.
But still, good to develop your own AI skills so you can use it as a tool for inspiration or speeding up your workflow.
“You can’t copyright something made from AI” is an absurd take in this context. Tweak one small aspect of the logo and suddenly it’s human made.
Aside from AI, I’d avoid logo design as “your thing.” Go pay $300 for a logo on 99Designs and you’ll see firsthand how commoditized that aspect of design has become. Unless you’re in the top .001% of logo designers that’ll never be a particularly lucrative career.
I’d suggest diversifying the hell out of your design skills in the first 7 to 10 years of your career (editorial design, environmental design, illustration, packaging, you name it.) Then use the next chapter to focus on mastering your craft in one, maybe two of those areas (ideally one). Folks who are T-shaped and really friggin good at their one thing are best positioned in my experience
