Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

Hi everyone, I am getting ready for a job interview, and need to create a media plan. I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Am I supposed to use this 4M only to calculate spend, ROAS, etc., but can actually have unlimited allocated impressions? Thank you!

Im a pastry cook with 4yrs experience and the average salary start for this position is now at $22/hr here in vegas, especially in the strip. But cooking/baking is not my passion. So im changing into veterinary medicine and im seeing that the starting rate for a vet tech is around $16-18. Why is that?? Why are people in the vet med industry being paid so low?? I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary.
