Are you selling services or volunteering?
I don’t charge anything for my planning services. Lifelong financial planning services and advice and they will never write me a check.
Same question. Are you offering this as a free service?

Interested in the follow up from OP. Pretty awesome if they’re volunteering to help vets for free !
At ~1 hr per year per vet and 40 hours per week, that’s ~2 months of pro bono work annually. Good on you for spending that much time helping folks! What avenues have you used to reach out to vets so far? Have you tried talking with the VA itself or with the military TAPS programs?
I go on base and sponsor MWR events to bring interest and inspire them to take action
If you’re focusing on in person training at a base, then try to talk with TAPS program. Also units have to do safety stand downs throughout the year, and the officers planning it would probably not say no to an hour of financial advise as a block of the training. Additionally, the local VA office would probably love to have someone give presentations for veterans. Good luck !
