Me in interview vs me after 3 months

I had my first technical round of interview as Sr. Android developer with Tech Mahindra and It went well. How long does it take to know about the result. Also how many rounds are there? The interviewer refused to say his name nor he appeared on video in the interview. Is that the company policy? Tech Mahindra

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Sure, make demands in what’s probably going to be the worst job market since 2008. Go right ahead. Excellent idea.
OP, this is the reason the virus is spreading and people are getting seriously ill and overwhelming the healthcare system and people are dying. The partners at your firm are not considering the broader impact.
I’m a co-managing partner at a national firm (>12 offices, coast to coast). If this question is presented thoughtfully, with grace and respect, I would consider it a valuable question, reflecting positively on the interviewing attorney. Bonus points if the question extended beyond *physical* health to the financial health of the firm and the security of its billable and non-billable employees. Especially non-billable staff...who make the wheels go round every day.
I appreciate candidates who understand that running a firm is hard, and there’s more to it — at every level — than just slogging through billable hours every month.
And if you ask the question in this way and get a BS response from your interviewer, then you’ve learned something valuable about that firm. Maybe it’s not a place you want to invest yourself in. Maybe you go ahead and join if you need the work. But keep looking and move when the time is right.
But if you present the question in the interview as “what’s in it for *me* when the boat takes on water,” then you should skip that one. It will do you much more harm than good.
Non sequitur, but I like P1’s writing style.
I have to agree with A1... we can dream though! Just ask an associate at the firm rather than the interviewing partners who may embellish anyway out of embarrassment
I agree with this. The interviewing partners can easily lie or give a generic bs response about prioritizing wellness etc.
Great question.
