Honestly don’t know and don’t really care. It’s never been brought up for me during reviews or my comp discussions
100% agree, if you’re doing things right it will never matter
Just don’t be an outlier on the low end (if teams are actively not staffing you you have larger issues to be concerned about) and don’t worry about it. Having sat through countless round tables it’s never once been brought up.
125%
YTD 125 and 175 in feb/march
Yup getting rekt
92%. I think it matters depending on the people you’re comparing. If somebody had 60% utilization and didn’t reach out for work compared to somebody that had 70% but was reaching out for work, they’ll prob rate the latter higher
In hindsight... yeah Idk why I used that as an example. Busy season has gotten to me
85%
I’d argue that utilization and performance differentiatiors are the things that matter the most come CRT time

53.3% (I’m on a non-chargeable rotation lol) Normally I finish the year around 85%.
111% Threw me to the wolves for my first busy season
I think I’m at like 85% (if considering fiscal year) and I started in September... for calendar year 2019 though, I think I’m somewhere along the lines of 150%
Was at 110% but then I left the firm. Probably levels out now to 80% hahaha
