Last Feb 26 I gave technical round interview at Infosys for CA and My application status is still showig review in progress I was not asked to submit any documents should I wait or forget about it ???

Is this a toxic trait.. anytime I have an inconvenience, I look for jobs or do I just hate my job. I have applied and received several interviews but when it comes to that point, I back out and decide it’s best to stay. I am also going through IVF and told myself “maybe not best time to leave with insurance and stuff” ugh why am I like this?! I think I just don’t wanna work in general. Adulting sucks

10-12 days back I had an interview with UBS. I have not received any feedback yet. In UBS portal application is shown as interviews in progress. I tried sending mail to the recruiter asking for feedback but no response. Can I assume I did not clear the interview or interview process takes this much time.

Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward. I’m also getting to a stage where I’m really sad that people haven’t reached out to either my husband or myself to send well wishes or provide support. Does anyone regret joining a boutique consulting firm? I signed with a startup out of college (spring 2020) whose founding partners were all partners/Sr leaders at a few T2s. Our firm is super small (dozen FTEs) but does really good work (we charge premium rates and work super cool projects). I’m just having second thoughts as exit opportunities aren’t as prevalent as I thought, the pay/benefits don’t match industry/risk of joint a startup, and I’m not getting the network of a Big4 or MBB
