The first week can be the hardest because your body is making an adjustment to the physical strain of the training. Just like going to the gym, first and second day will give you body sore, but when you continue to do what you have started, you will see results and you feel way better than before.

Yes we should trust the process of what basic training is. But at the same time, it has already changed basic for the worst case all because people can't take certain scenarios without potentially getting their feelings hurt

You are right! Most of the trainees didn't make it. But I stayed and persevered.
