Would appreciate some help with how to handle ambiguity with requesting information from clients. Example: we are upgrading an add on of a client’s ERP. We asked for support contacts for all applications and add ons. that we need to talk to. While working the project, we were told by the client that we had not engaged xxxxx support team. When we told them they hadn’t told us that this particular team existed, their response is “this isn’t an application or add on, it’s a utility.”

20 year road warrior here. My wife & I made it work through teamwork & commitment. My weekends were spent at home. Doing family things.

I know a guy who (pre COVID) traveled every week, yet found time to do 200 mile weekend biking trips with his ‘crew’. Almost every weekend.
