Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

I can almost gurantee you that EY will not match your offer at 135. The senior pay band is large but they simply cannot justify giving you a 44k increase in salary when 5's will be getting 18-20% at most.
I do not have an MBA. Had 5 years of related technology experience from a software company when I joined as a Senior3. Also, if you are valued by your practice leadership, they will do their best to match (or beat) your competitive offer. I was at ~150k as an M2 and EY beat an offer from D and bumped me to 170+
Dude... go with 135... no brainer
SSN? License plate number?
$135,000 > $91
But you may be stuck at that 134k for 5 years
@EY6 or I may be stuck getting 2-5% raises and close to nothing in bonuses. I'm going to wait it out and see what the comp comes in as next month but if I'm pulling in at a 4 and the numbers don't add up I'm out. They want you to be ambitious so they can pay you in promises of future advancement rather than in actual money. Promises — particularly those that are not in writing — are cheap. If I'm worth $135k, pay me $135k or 👋
There is no way you are gonna get 135 for atleast 2 years..
I joined FSO Advisory PI as a Senior 3 a few years ago making 120k so they may be able to bump you that high.
Experienced hire with 5 years industry experience. I'm 26, in Advisory. Expecting a 4 rating based on counselor feedback after round tables. Not in NY or LA.
There are high performing M1s in Advisory (across the board) making about $100 - so your exit op sounds solid compared to the expected trajectory even as a high performer.
Is this NY?
Asking the practice is hardly that ^
Advisory PI
OP can you adopt me
You went with 140k and they countered with 90k?
No, went with 140 and they countered 135.
Which company did you get the offer from?
E9 what's your background and do you have an MBA? In the running for a similar opportunity
Requirements and background are all practice specific. Strategy likes MBAs. Tech backgrounds are good for tech consulting and cyber
