She has primary physical custody, so I know she has legal choice. I’m not concerned (yet) about her running off with my kids & joining a cult, but her behavior worries me.

Hello everyone I have 29 years as a dental professional in Texas. I started as a dental assistant back in 1993. As my career progressed as a RDA, I moved to the front office and eventually management. I even taught dental assistants and became the Program Director of a DA program. COVID opened up remote work for me, I manage eclaims, claims corrections and billing for two offices. $20 per hour, no bonuses or incentives, I know I am not getting paid enough! Any input would be appreciated.

Hey guys - American health insurance Q here: I injured my knee last March and was ordered to do Physical therapy. That didn’t work and I might need surgery. Since I’m far from meeting my deductible (~3k), should I just get back home and get the surgery there (which will cost significantly less)? Is that even possible with covid?

160over90 won’t let us WFH but just used Coronavirus as an excuse to suspend all annual raises indefinitely. I’d say stay away, but hiring is suspended too despite being understaffed. Disgusted.

How are you balancing health and wellness with demanding work schedules? Since COVID I have observed many of my non BIPOC peers working out during the work day. My calendar looks like Tetris and requires a ton of video calls. Shy of me working out at 0-dark-30 or late at night, I can’t see how I could possibly work out during the work day. What works for you? Clearly I’m doing something wrong.

Regarding the summer time 2k reimbursement I have a few doubts here… suppose I enter x colleagues name as attendee and enter amount as 2k.
1) Will 1000 be reimbursed to both or 2k directly to me.
2) And also can the same person x enter another bill for 2k and will be reimbursed same amount.
3) Does the date need to be same for both of us to reimburse.
