Best meds for insomniacs like me? I’ve been taking Seroquel but it makes me incredibly bloated and groggy every morning when I get up. It’s like impossible to get out of bed. I’ve tried almost everything - ambien, risperidone?, trazodone, gabapentin, lunesta, doxepin. None work. I want to switch to something else. Should I just try one of those again for 3 days and hope I eventually can sleep and get back into it? Wean off Seroquel and just take OTC meds? Halp.

My temp contract has been extended. I’m relieved to be able to pay the bills, but after giving 70-80 shots a day, I literally dream about giving vaccines almost every night! Struggling to keep positive about finding a new permanent job - I was laid off at the end of April, have applied to over 60 jobs, had 6 interviews, and no offers. I can’t go back to chain retail - it damn near broke me in my 20’s, and it’s much worse now.

Who else is a loyal Bootcamp member? I joined one 5+ years ago and it was a life changer. Have lost & kept off 20+ lbs and made lots of new friends. Highly recommended if you can find one this good.

My last therapist keeps coming up in my mind. I left her when I moved to a new area before COVID dug in and frankly it felt like leaving a girlfriend. She also disclosed in the final session that she was a member of AA and knew several of the people I occasionally discussed from the rooms. Her knowledge of the program certainly built trust with me early on, but it has been two years. I discussed it with my current therapist but she’s still in there. Any advice?
