Best noise cancelling headphones?

Mine are on their way out. I’ve got the AirPods Max but I’m looking for anything up to ~$400. I live in them when working remote, and I definitely notice a difference in my concentration when they’re on the fritz

These are amazing and you can change the white noise options: https://global.bose.com/content/consumer_electronics/b2c_catalog/worldwide/websites/en_ae/product/noise_masking_sleepbuds_ii.html

Thanks! I’ll check them out

I've got Bose over ear headphones. They're awesome and completely block out noise. Can't remember the exact ones I have, but I'll see if I can find a link.

I have soundcore earbuds that work wonders. I usually buy them on sale, so they are around $30-40

I've got the Google Pixel Buds Pro earbuds and I've used mine for two years. They sound good and it's easy to turn the noise cancellation on and off by touching one with a finger. Sometimes I want to hear what's going on around me. I think the newer model is on sale now at the Google store online.

Earbuds are not headphones.

I've read Bose quiet comfort ultra are unbeatable in noise cancelling and I saw them on sale for 220 yesterday

I have Bose, several kinds of smaller ones, and these. I also have persistent tinnitus, and am very sensitive to sound. These Soundcore Anker Life Q20 Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Headphones blow the others out of the water. https://a.co/d/9owWu4t

Anyone a manager? I’m recently diagnosed (26F) and I can’t help but beat myself up everytime I fall short of my to do list. Makes me feel like a huge disservice to my team. I’ve been trying vitamin D and working out, but it makes my “highs” and “low” SO extreme. The simplest things are so complex in my mind.

If anyone feels similar, how do you manage these feelings? I’m personally considering switching to an individual contributor role, but can’t help but feel like a disappointment if I do.

I just started meds yesterday and the change in my focus and attention to detail is mind blowing. My only concern is, just yesterday I had a tough feedback session with my manager around how I’m taking too long to complete my work, giving them anxiety around close deadlines. I’m new in the job (3 months in). Should I explain anything about my adhd to my manager or just wait for them to notice the change in me?

How can I be less impulsive OR how can I stay motivated past the 10 day mark?? TIA
