Best WFH office chair? Looking for an upgrade

If anyone has any leads for an HR or People Ops role please let me know. I have an MBA in HRM and I am making less than 10k a year. I am just tired of it, I am looking for a fully remote role, I have experience in L&D and People analytics(entry level).

Right now I work for PSCU and I make $20/hr as a service desk tech. PatientPoint just offered me a job for an L2 position @ $24/hr. PSCU came back and gave me a counter-offer of pulling me in as a direct-hire, $2k sign-on bonus, and $21/hr.

PSCU is 100% remote and PatientPoint is 3 days in-office 2 days remote.

I can't for the life of me decide what to do.

The L2 thing is exciting.

PSCU is a non-profit. Glassdoor seems to favor PSCU.

Where to buy cute affordable work desk from? I am looking for white marble or graywash. Bonus if it has gold in it. It seems like Amazon is a bunch of scam.

Our SAs started today, so the firm is making us come in more often. My office set up is so awkward, screens are too small, and I'm constantly getting interrupted. Not to mention the extra time it took to get ready and commute. How do people do this?
