Big 4 is like the state school of consulting

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

Is it more impressive to make manager in 2.5 years at the same firm or move to a different big 4. Im S1, got an offer from another big 4 to be a manager but my firm (also a big 4) wants to make me a manager and match the salary immediately. Assuming the work would be similar, what would look better on my resume? Goal is to make director as quickly as possible and go in-house.

I checked into a hotel and the shower had clearly not been cleaned. There are dirty footprints and several hairs in the shower. I was going to be preparing myself for an interview for a T2 firm. I have about 7 months to prepare for the interview but am overwhelmed by a lot of conflicting advice on how to prepare. I am generally not the best interviewer but am confident of being a good fit for consulting.
