What are exit opportunities from big 4 ITDD??
PwC 🐠, I interviewed with the firm about 6 months ago for a Senior Associate position on the forensics team. I wasn’t extended an offer because the position was given to an internal transfer, at least what I was told. I tried reaching out to the recruiter I worked with last time but the email bounced back and wouldn’t be delivered. I was hoping to see / reapply if the group still was looking for seniors.
In your opinion, would it be best to reapply as a cold application?

Interviewed at Deloitte, PwC and EY for Advisory Senior Consultant role. Deloitte offered $105K (plus $5K bonus), PWC offered $127K (plus $15K bonus) and EY offered $155K (plus $10K bonus). Surprised with the difference in pay between Deloitte & EY for same role. Is Deloitte Advisory paying less compared to other firms? 4.5YOE in Consulting.

Once you're in final round, isn't it less about presteeeege on resume?
Interviewed for a corp strat role and after 7 rounds, it was down to me and a BCG guy. I didn't make it. I obviously can't come to the conclusion that it's because of "prestige", he could have had better, more relatable experiences, etc.
From an MBB perspective, the hard part about exit opps competing with big 4 is that our salary expectations are quite a bit higher, especially at the manager+ level. That's changing now as others raise their salaries to compete with us, but it can be an issue.
That's interesting BCG1, what salaries do you usually expect for F500 exit opps across the different levels at BCG?
9" wins
@DD1 Usually at least 10-15% bump at any level other than partner
