It depends! For me at my current role, most days are a struggle to get through because I hate my job so much. :(
But at prior jobs, yes, I did get a midweek slump!

Yes, I struggle too. I think I need an entire new job at times.
Oh, I feel that completely. That midweek slump is so real and often a sign that we've been giving our energy away without realizing it.
My go-to is what I call a "power reclamation" break. I'll step away for just 2-3 minutes, close my eyes, take a deep breath, and consciously say, "I call all of my power back to myself now." It's a simple but potent reset that helps me shift from being a passenger on the week's ride to being the captain of my own ship again. You've got this! ✨
