Can an experienced associate get promoted to senior if performed really well but it has just been little over a year?

Anyone have a CFE designation and taken the test recently? Debating about getting it wasn’t sure if it’s worth it.

I have 9 years of experience as a QA out of which last 2-3 is an individual contributor (sole qa owner) plus team lead of a qa team.. I want to pursue masters in the UK so I can have a role like Project Manager/Test Manager/Scrum Master in the future.. what course should I go for:
1. MSc Management
2. Business Analysis and Consulting
3. MBA (not so easy as I don't want to give GMAT, will select certain colleges that do not need GMAT score)

Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.

Taking my shot in tech sales. Consulting was great experience but enjoyed the relationship and BD aspect more and didn’t see myself climbing to partner. Starting in a junior BD Rep role to learn prospecting and earn quota history. Took a big paycut for the potential future earnings as an Account Exec. Did I dun goof? Probably. But I’ll regret it forever if I didn’t take my chance now when I’m still single and young-ish.

Why did you pick accounting as a major? I picked it because it was a safe choice and I just wanted a decent job after college.

I am a new associate (1 month in mid-tier firm) and I struggle to get work to fill up the whole day. In honest time, i get about 3-5 billable hours a day. On an initial call with a company's recruiter, I was told the salary range. I said that the base pay is lower than what I make now, but with equity it's about equal, so it would be ok. If I actually receive an offer after the interview process, can I ask the company to match or at least get closer on the base pay? I'm also up for promotion this year so like to get a higher salary, but not sure if by saying "ok" to the recruiter's salary range that it'd look bad to ask for more later.c
