I am currently working in LTI with Senior Specialist role with overall almost 10 years of experience and my skill is Unix Administration.

I am being offered Canada Onsite from my organization, I am having Indian salary of 20LPA. What should I expect my Canadian Salary to be?

What is the average salary offered by Indian companies for similar experience for ICT Visa?
What is the average cost of living in Toronto?

Till last July I was earning 12 LPA, now I switch to a product based with 30 LPA. Where 27 is the base. Monthly I pay 45k tax.
Things that i am doing already is LIC = 40 k , SSA= 50 k (for my kid) and tution fees = 25 K .So altogether withPF other superannuation fund I can show 1.5 Lakhs in 80 C.

Apart from this planning to buy flats or small villa in chennai. I can pay invest more as my most money goes as a saving or buy gold as risk free. Please advice wat else can i do? Kindly

Really struggling with attrition right now and we seem to be a cycle of countering people, trying to keep governance but being reactive! Any ideas on a reward strategy which enables us to be flexible when we need it but retain a degree of control so it doesn’t get out of control?

I’ve worked at the same well known tech company since I graduated school 8 years ago. I’ve been promoted 3 times so I’ve held a few different jobs within my org.

BUT .. I’ve applied to a few companies and getting no responses. Is it a deterrent for hiring managers/recruiters that my experience is based primarily at one company?

Dating. How do you navigate dating attorneys and being a judicial law clerk? Conflicts? Awkwardness?

It's almost as if people don't want to be in offices anymore so that's why it's difficult for them to fill those roles.
Sidenote: recruiters, you can see on my LI profile that I'm remote. In the "What jobs are you interested in" field you can see I'm only interested in remote roles.
