I recently received an opportunity from Google for a position of TAM and asked to schedule interviews. I got to speak with them and discuss about the role and then the HR linked myself with recruiter. But after a week, they did not scheduled any interviews and neither of them responding to my emails. Should I leave my first permanent job as a team leader of 4 DPs in a FMCG business (only been there for 4 months) to join a huge Tech business for a 12months contract?

Millennials like us always assume we’re about to get fired - I actually have been laid off in a meeting with that title. But at my new job, my boss asked for a “quick chat” to literally ask me to change the title of a meeting and then chat about christmas. Now that I’m in management, I want to understand it better.
