Hello! I’ve been doing change management for about 4 years in oil and gas. I’m looking to do something different. What are some careers I should pursue that my background would compliment nicely with

wondering if any consultants here have switched to IB? And if so, what’s the process for doing so!

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

I am a Senior Program manager and I am interested in doing a certification related to program management to advance my career and increase in compensation. I am thinking PgMP certification vs Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification. I have a low GPA because an abusive relationship during my schooling that kept me from focusing. I’m clear of that now, but I don’t know how to explain my low GPA going forward.

Is BEC doable in 2.5 weeks while working full time - 40 hours? I plan on dedicating 3 hours each weekday and 12 hours each weekend day. I most likely will also have a bit of time during working hours.
