Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days. The MNC will be offering good package, but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter, and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2. Also if accept the offer and say no, in that case can they blacklist me from their firm.EY Deloitte KPMG PwC

You can always say, did I mention I have 2 additional certifications? Make it sound like you thought you mentioned it? They’ll likely accept that as either they forgot you mentioned it earlier and they missed it, or that you meant to include it during the interview. I bet either way they’ll be ok with it! 😉
I don't think there is any harm in mentioning it, especially if it is something that will help you get a better salary. Just bring it up casually and see what they say.

It would really depend on what they are and would it do anything for the company before you had them? Usually certifications are a gate way to being considered for a job but experience and skills are what sets you apart from a salary perspective.
Also do you have any other similar certifications? For example I see people with CPA and their CIA. Some companies require 1 of 2 depending on position but I’ve never seen the case where anyone is paid more from having them both.
Of course u can...u can introduce it in the conversation at some point..just say Sorry but I have to point out thus point....etc etc and just say it..easy pet !!! Good luck from Joanne Muldowney 🇮🇪 Ireland
Not by me, but I'm sure it has. I don't think there's anything awkward about it, provided these certifications enable you to do higher-level work than you could without them. Perfectly reasonable to use as leverage if so.
I think you could totally bring them up and have that as part of the ask
