If you have reason to believe there's a reason to appeal the score, such as something was unfair or incorrect, I suppose you can try. But the chance of succeeding is probably quite low. The numbers are the numbers and the policies around them are usually pretty strict.
No. Unless a question was worded in such a way that the way you interpreted it was the right answer, but what they intended made it the wrong answer, it would be like the losing Super Bowl team arguing that they should get the Lombardy Trophy because they were just a few yards away from scoring the winning touchdown when the game ended. The score's the score.
Unfortunately you probably won't be able to fight it as it is very hard to fight your score.
the line has to be drawn somewhere... it sucks bc it feels so close but if that logic is used all the time might as well not have a passing score needed
