Doesn’t that seem like an awful confident position to take this early on? I feel like most firms won’t see the effects of this for a couple of months when invoices stop getting paid etc. so how can a firm even say that for certain at this point?

I mean, for the time being. Some clients are renegotiating, others have asked for more time, others got a discount, and the plan is to go back around mid June/July. If things go wrong ofc plans will change

What firm is this?

What's the salary / experience for senior software engineer at Apisero?

Reading through posts I notice sometimes we forget to celebrate the wins. A lot of people share salary info and although the nature of our industry puts more weight on quantitative benefits, we're still not at the bottom of the barrel. I guess alls I'm trying to say is enjoy the moment. For those that are below $100k, you'll get more. For those much higher than that, enjoy it and don't be bitter about the road getting there.

I work at a bank lending CRE. I joined about 3.5 months ago but 2022 salary and 2021 bonus convos occurred just now. I didn’t expect much of a bonus given I was only there for the last quarter but I didn’t get any change in salary and now I have to wait till January next year for additional comp. Am I being unreasonable for thinking that is a long time to go without any changes? I’m a AVP with 3.5 years of experience and when I moved it was a 25% increase in salary just for background.
