I inherited a traditional IRA this year. Bc of RMD, I plan to cash out $10k every year (you can’t rollover funds from an INH IRA) and use it to fund a back door Roth and whatever else. The money from the inherited IRA is in my bank acct, so would I just transfer it to my traditional IRA at Vanguard and then roll it over to my Roth IRA?

However, I'm still in the sample assignment phase with my dream agency and will be having a third round conversation on Tuesday (the 2nd choice agency did not have a sample assignment, only 2 interviews). I am going through interview at the moment and the team is asking to make a fully detailed project plan along with a contingency plan for a marketing automated engine knowing :

The design team includes graphic, web, and digital designers (who are operating at 100% capacity for the next 4 weeks)
Solutions team that includes developers and tech specialists (who are at 80% capacity)
R&D team (who are at 50% capacity)
Acquisition team (who are at 100% capacity for the next 2 weeks).

I think it is ridiculous that PMs are expected to take notes during client calls. The Account team should document client feedback or if the feedback is minimal, the creative team should take their own notes on what changes the client wants. Today an AM said that a new creative was used to the PM giving them notes and micro-managing their time. I told them I don't have the capacity to micro-manage the creative and that we are all adults and could take notes during the call. Am I wrong?

Hello all. I just got an offer to be a project coordinator with a non-profit hospital. With a starting offer of 65k. They disclosed in the screening that their min was 58k and mid was 70.5k. This is a big pivot for me career wise and I have a couple years of experience. I’m wondering if I should counter with 70k or accept it as is. This seems to be a fair offer as far as non profits go in my city but just wanted to get a second opinion. Thanks!
