I have an interview with Cloud by McKinsey for a technical analyst position. Getting into this firm means a lot to me for numerous reasons. Has anyone interviewed here? Any tips or things I should keep in mind? McKinsey & Company

Genpact offered me 27LPA , however i am still to receive salary breakup. How much variable will be there in 27LPA?

Should I even bother applying when there are more than 100 applications?

Today, I received an invite for a coffee chat with a consultant. I’m of course going to do both, but the emails make it seem like they are almost two separate paths/disconnected processes. What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? I joined a company 3 months ago, does it look bad in CV to leave again in 3 months? I hv a 6 month gap in career in 2019 due to lay off (covid). total exp 9 yrs. SCM exp 6 yrs.

Sorry to cross-post. Small company (50 employees) offered me the GC role but was way under market (only 100k - no equity because it’s private). How do I respectfully say, “If you’re firm on that number, I accept but I’m working only 40-45 hours a week.”
