The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ? Or could it because my CTC is too high ?

Asking for advice- I’ve realized consulting is not the path for me long term and have had plans to quit. I’m currently staffed on a project alone and feel lost as I don’t have much experience in this line of work. Deadline is approaching and I have voiced my concerns to finish in time. Also my lwd in current firm is still 10 days away so I can only provide them with my payslips for now. There is an option to select Yes if still haven't received other docs.
