Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

Is Visa a stingy company?
Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

What did you do before you joined? That salary is slow its going to be hard to get what you are worth without making a jump. For reference 4 years ago before law school I was making $155k plus 15% bonus and $20k in RSUs as a legal project manager/paralegal with 6 yoe. Also fully remote and similar size company.
Got it. The company is taking advantage of you because you don’t have big law credentials. I would start looking elsewhere so you can get fairly paid.2
This seems L O W. All in house jobs im looking at start between 175-215 + upside. Maybe a 10% cut for virtual but even with that youre low.

Without knowing more information that seems quite low even for a fully remote position

It’s very low, but also think of how important your situation is. Yes, there are remote jobs with low workloads out there, but they’re not as plentiful. I did in-house at 190k as a sixth year and would honestly swap with you. But I really, really value remote work. But I think you should be able to find something that has $150k, and fully remote.
Yeah, the work load is pretty low. I really only have 2-5 contracts to review per day when you average it all out. In meetings average about 3-4 hours a week. What is the average work load for remote counsel? I have nothing to compare it to!
Where do you live?
Virginia. Not Northern metropolitan.
You are very underpaid. Most roles with 5+ years experience have a base of at least $150k. The trade off may be the work load and remote work however. An additional thought, I would think absorbing your boss’ position would have carried a bigger raise than $8k. It seems like the company is really short changing you.
