I have interview scheduled and completed from Commonwealth Bank Bangalore location. All technical rounds cleared.
When I called HR i got a surprise answer..
They mentioned the position which I have intervied is different than the salary rem ranges. And my current salary is higher than position what they have got and asked for approval for rem ranges changes..
Is any one faced this? Ideally HR should know expectation and allocation before scheduling intervjew..

And btw, the 401k match is 25% of your contribution up to 6% which works out to be 1.5% of your salary, then 50% of up to 6% so 3% of salary.
Let's see: Deloitte phone: hardware 100% covered and voice and data 100% covered. You choose to use your own phone and expense a portion of it to Deloitte 60/40 usually. We get $50 phone accessory reimbursement every two years. Staff 1 PTO is 25 days and 12 holidays. Goes up to 30 PTO for managers. (New hires starting in sept '17 will get 23 PTO and 12 holiday). We get 4 months fully paid family leave renewable each year that can be used by anyone to care for any family member (new child, old child, parents, spouse). We get 25% of 6% 401k matching. We are eligible for the firms pension plan (with vesting). Access to Deloitte University (training perk). My past three years I have seen an average of 10% raises and 15% bonuses for staff seniors. Staff also got bonuses (last 2 years).

PWC has 20% bonus for promotion to Manager right? Is that applicable to experienced hire senior?
The manager bonus does apply to experienced hires but is less.. I think it's like 12% maybe?
@EY1 what if someone missed busy season due to chemo treatment for cancer? Should they get a prorated raise too?
Not trying to start a flame war, just curious to see where the line is drawn.
Anyone feel like going above and beyond and creating a table for this info?

^who said they didn't go thru busy season? I had always heard of you miss busy season bc of a kid, you don't get promoted (in a promotion year) or a raise for that year
We get new cell phone hardware every 1-2 years, depending on carrier. If you care one phone for personal/business you expense 80/20. We now get 14 days of holidays. No sick time. I get 30 days of PTO. Our benefits are hard to beat.
My annual performance bonus as a 3 rated staff was 6%
First year raise was 6%
EY also gives 5 days for bereavement.
