Considering a travel role with Accenture and a non-travel role that has committed to the WFH model post covid. While I want to move forward with ACN, I’m not sure if I’m comfortable with traveling in the next year given the current state. Can anyone provide insight on where they stand on this?

What is the average salary bracket for a c10 role in Citibank??

Had only one call with my TL in first two months. Few weeks later, on workday I noticed that my TL got reassigned. Contacted him and have setup regular catch-ups. He dropped a bomb that he is leaving and I will be reporting to partner. Partner is time poor and no feedback is offered. This is my first consulting role and I feel I am not receiving enough support. Few people are helping to learn the ropes but WFH has exacerbating the problem. Manager Ratings: Generally speaking, in consulting, for a long term project, if there’s a team of 6 people (1 person managing everyone, and below that person 5 different people who are associates or senior associates) is there pressure on the manager to give at least 1 of the 5 associates/senior associates a bad review? Assuming everyone performed anywhere from good to great, would a lot of managers feel it would make them look bad to let all 5 have a good review?

Just jumped from 60K —> 110K after 2 years of being very underpaid although being considered a “top performer”.

If you’re on the fence about jumping to another firm or starting to look elsewhere, realize that loyalty is often only skin deep in consulting. Prioritize your career goals, whether they be financial otherwise. Praise and appreciation are nice, but don’t let ANYONE make you feel bad about choices you make for your happiness.

Do any of the top consulting firms hire into the Engagement Manager level after an M7 (if they had manager experience elsewhere)? I know MBB probably doesn’t but what about other tier 2 firms after that - and asking for US or Canada
