How far do you live from your office / where you practice? I’m a solo with a land use / zoning practice. I’ve always lived in the same city I worked. Unrelated to Covid, my city has moved all filing and permitting to online systems which means I only have to be in person about 4-6 days a month. I’m thinking about moving about 40 minutes outside the city (and potentially as much as 1.5 hrs from evening meetings). Reasonable? Way too far?

When did you start talking to your kids about sex? My daughter is 8.5 and despite being a very liberal family, we’ve never had even a hint of discussion about sex. She knows all about bodies and pregnancy/birth, but does not know how it all comes to be. When should we start? How did you stay fit after acl reconstruction?

I'm late 20s, physically the fittest I've been (I work out 4 times a week consistenctly, 2 gym sessions and 2 sport sessions). No particular diet focus though.

I'm concerned that with my surgery, my fitness will deteriorate significantly and subsequently my mental health (I won't be able to do my sport for at least 6-9 months).

I've read past posts here and got to know hike(if there is any) will be minimal for PMR above 1.

Can someone experienced in IBM can share below?

A)Will my current PMR increase or decrease with my tenure in IBM assuming there is no change in salary until next hike cycle?
B) What % could be the hike for PMR ranging 0.8-0.9?( I know there will be several other factors to be considered but curious to know general range)
