Creatives who have gone from agency works to in-house: have you had to deal with title structures that are very different than what we use in agencies? And has that been an issue if you’ve tried to go back into agency world? Like they are thrown off because of your current title?

hey folks, does anyone have advice on how to leave a company that you just joined? I’ve been at my agency for barely two months before getting an amazing offer elsewhere. How do I leave? Should I leave before or after the holidays? My team/boss are SO nice, and I’d hate to burn a bridge.

Looking for advice navigating my move in-house. I’ve just gotten hard “no’s” on my hardware requests and have found myself owning a bunch of responsibilities that were not part of what I agreed on.

A former client director colleague has gone in-house as CMO. They are now asking me (currently ECD) to join and set up an agency-like creative team to up-level everything from brand to sales materials. It's a good mgmt opp and good creative is a definite possibility, but I'm conflicted. Aency BS would be nice to step away from, but I think I'm still bought into the notion that agencies are superior and in-house is where washed-up creatives go to die. Any regrets from those that made the jump?
