Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.

Do you have any other options? I have similar experience and make 85k with less than 2 YOE. Seems low
I’ve been applying and interviewing for months and this is my only option right now. I had a call with the recruiter this morning and she made it seem like it was unlikely they would negotiate but I’m still waiting to see.
Why are you looking GPS? That's going to be lower pay off the bat versus commercial.
I wasn’t offered a position with commercial. I would gladly switch if given the opportunity
I would try to at least push for 90k base. Tell her you need at least a 10-15% increase to make the switch and take on the risk of building a new network.
My recommendation is never take less than you are worth as yearly raises rarely make up for it. Then you end up having to change companies to finally get what you deserve and you’ve wasted valuable time in the process. Plus Deloitte is know to work people incredibly hard with bling hours, so no work life balance.
