Cross posting - Got an offer from Deloitte GPS as a Human Capital Consultant for 85K + 3K bonus. I have 2.5 YOE, 2 of which have been at Accenture in consulting and I have experience with various platforms (excel, Taleo, Oracle Service Cloud, JIRA, and SQL). I feel this offer is extremely low. Any tips to negotiate? I have a call with the recruiter tomorrow. I don’t want to accept anything less than 95K + 5K bonus. Current base is 83K. Is 95K realistic based on all this info?

I have received offer letter from Optum Global Solutions India recently and I am seriously considering joining it(I also have offers from Deloitte USI and Verizon).
My breakup annexure mentions 4 components apart from RRP and PF. Basic, HRA, Flexi, Special Allowance. Either the Special Allowance or the Flexi is not included in the CTC mentioned in offer letter. So I want to understand how the Flexi and Special Allowance are paid monthly. Can someone please help?

Left McKinsey for a Fintech corporate last year. Really disappointed to see bonuses given out (cash is equivalent to half month salary, equity vested over 5 yes also not great) after getting the 5/5 rating and business doing well overall.
