As an FA, I appreciate the flexibility of my time. I can do really meetings and still make it to 4:30 music classes at church with my kids. I love being able to step out for Dr's appointments for myself and the kids without punching a clock. I work hard, so I appreciate a career that trusts my work ethic and doesn't try to make me prove it.
Tangible benefits: we have short and long term disability, a great profit sharing plan, and a really phenomenal work environment. Great management is priceless. If I were still under traditional benefits, I think sick days vs general PTO is always nice. And bereavement days for certain family members is nice too.
We have a pretax plan for commuter benefits and childcare costs. Plan is administered thru WageWorks. Very nice tax savings for those of us who pay those expenses.
